Forum Engineering Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director, President and Chief Executive Officer: Tsutomu Sato, hereinafter "the Company") held a "RISING STAR GROWTH AWARD" on February 18, 2026 in collaboration with CRESCO LTD. (hereinafter "Cresco"), in which Indian engineers who graduated from SRM University-AP (hereinafter "SRM-AP"), a renowned Indian university, presented their achievements.

The event, which was streamed online in real time to SRM-AP, was watched by approximately 100 students who were keen to work in Japan. It served as an opportunity in which senior engineers who work in Japan shared with these students their real experience and growth. The RISING STAR GROWTH AWARD was created to provide an opportunity in which young Indian engineers who have been working in Japan for six months to a year and a half share the growth and challenges they have achieved and taken on since they started to work. Engineers working at the Company or Cresco presented their efforts since joining the company, their technical achievements, as well as what they learned through their work.

Engineers who participated shared their long-term career goals, such as becoming AI architects or project managers. With Japanese employees working on the same teams listening to the presentations attentively during the presentation, the event was carried out in a warm atmosphere. The event showed that the workplace environment in which employees are able to support each other by overcoming cultural and language barriers facilitates the growth of engineers.

Three awards were created as the RISING STAR GROWTH AWARD, which were provided to three engineers as a result of a strict review.
Triveni Munagad, a member of the Company's service development group who received the Cultural Intelligence Award, an award provided to employees who adapted to Japanese workstyles and culture and contributed to their teams, said, "I will be able to continue to take on challenges in the Japanese workplace because people around me provide support," expressing her determination to continue to grow. When the recipients were receiving the awards, the people attending the event gave a loud applause. In addition, congratulatory comments were received from SRM-AP students who were watching the event online.
The Company believes that this event has provided an excellent opportunity to show students who are currently studying at SRM-AP with the desire of working in Japan in the future that a culture of supporting the growth of Indian engineers has become deeply rooted in many Japanese companies. The Company will continue to facilitate the development of a workplace environment in which globally-oriented personnel can actively work, while also supporting the growth of each engineer.
